Transaction Issues 31st May 2025 - UPDATE

On Saturday (31/5) we experienced a technical issue that affected payments at Reddy Express stores. This resulted in some guests who used a debit or credit card being charged more than once, and in some instances multiple times, for their transaction.
We sincerely apologise for the impact to our guests, and we appreciate the difficulty this may have caused. The technical issue was resolved within 24 hours and did not impact all transactions that day.
We can confirm that:
- All duplicate transactions will be refunded;
- We are also refunding all the original transactions in recognition of the difficulty this has caused guests.
Many customers have seen these funds appear in their accounts – however, for some the processing and timing has taken longer than we had hoped. Refunds are returned via the original payment method and do depend on the processing times of your bank.
For most customers, no further action is needed. We sincerely apologise for this issue and thank you for your patience and understanding.
