We’re excited to announce that the new point-of-sale system migration as we transition from Coles Express to Reddy Express is now completed. We thank you for your understanding during the transition process.
What’s changing?
From 6 August 2025, you’ll once again be able to redeem any free coffees you earn on the program by simply scanning your Flybuys in store. Any free coffees you earn moving forward will now be available to redeem on your next visit – not during the same transaction. Only fully registered Flybuys accounts will be eligible to participate in the coffee loyalty program. What’s not changing?
The way you earn coffee credits stays the same. You should continue to scan your Flybuys with each coffee purchase, and after every 5th coffee purchased, you will earn a free coffee redeemable on your next transaction when you scan your Flybuys.
Important
If you still have free coffee barcodes that we emailed to you, you need to redeem them by 31 December 2025. Simply scan the barcode with your next coffee purchase when in store.

How do I earn coffee credits?
Simply complete the registration for your Flybuys account and scan your Flybuys every time you purchase an eligible hot beverage at any Reddy Express or Coles Express.
Can I earn coffee credits when I purchase another type of hot beverage?
Yes, you will earn coffee credits when you scan your Flybuys and purchase any of the following products: Hot Coffee, freshly brewed Iced Coffee, Hot Tea, Hot Chocolate and Hot Chai Latte.
Can I redeem any size or product?
Yes, you can redeem any of the following products in any available size: Hot Coffee, freshly brewed Iced Coffee, Hot Tea, Hot Chocolate and Hot Chai Latte.
Why has the coffee loyalty program undergone change?
A technology update resulted in changes to the coffee loyalty program. The update is now complete and ready for customers.
What happens if I have unredeemed coffee barcodes?
If you have unredeemed coffee barcodes that we emailed to you, you have until 31 December 2025 to redeem them. Simply present the coupon barcodes in-store to redeem your free coffee.
Will I be able to see my coffee credits in my Flybuys account?
We’re working to make the coffee credits available for viewing again when you log in to your Flybuys account. There will be a delay before this happens, but we’ll make an announcement as soon as it’s available.
You will be able to view your coffee credits on the point-of-sale screen and printed on your receipt when you scan your Flybuys in-store.
What happens to my remaining coffee credits?
Up until 5 August 2025, if we have your email and are able to contact you, we will email you a barcode each time you become eligible for a free coffee, which you must scan in store to redeem. Each time an email with a free coffee barcode is sent, your coffee credit balance will decrease by 5 coffee credits. If you have any coffee credit balances on your account as of 5 August 2025, they will be automatically carried over when the program is migrated to the new platform on 6 August 2025.
If we don’t have your email or you were not provided with free coffee barcodes during the transitional period for any other reason, any existing unredeemed free coffees earned either prior to, or during, the temporary change period will be redeemable when you scan your Flybuys instore from 6 August 2025.
