TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Entries are only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are members of the Flybuys program. For clarity, if an entrant is not an existing Flybuys member, they can become one during the Promotional Period by signing up at https://experience.flybuys.com.au/. To be a valid Flybuys member, the Flybuys member account must include the member’s first and last name, date of birth, a valid email address and a valid contact phone number current at time of draw and prize distribution.

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1^st cousin. 

Entries into the promotion open at 12:01am AEST on 08/04/2026 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 05/05/2026 (“Promotional Period”).

A “Participating Store” is any Shell Reddy Express service station nationally that stocks the Eligible Products (defined below) and displays advertising material for this promotion during the Promotional Period.

To be eligible to enter and receive an automatic entry into the draw, individuals must spend $30 or more on Eligible Products (defined below) in a single transaction at any Participating Store and scan their Flybuys at the time of making their transaction (“Qualifying Transaction”). If the individual is not automatically prompted to scan their Flybuys at the time of making their Qualifying Transaction, it is the individual’s responsibility to request their Flybuys to be scanned.

“Eligible Products” are any product available in a Participating Store except for LGP, AdBlue®, Apple gift cards and any other gift cards, mobile phones, mobile phone plans, recharge, Opal top-up, calling cards, tobacco and tobacco related product purchases, trailer hire and lottery card purchases and car wash services, and purchases made with Shell Card, Fleetcard, Motorcharge and Motorpass

Individuals are eligible to enter and receive one (1) bonus entry into the draw for every Nominated Bonus Product (defined below) included in the Qualifying Transaction.  The “Nominated Bonus Products” are as follows:

Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry is permitted per Qualifying Transaction regardless of the amount spent in that transaction in excess of $30, and (b) each entry must be submitted separately compliant with these terms and conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

Incomplete or erroneous entries will be deemed invalid.

If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

There will be four (4) weekly draws (each a “Weekly Draw”) conducted for this promotion. Entries into each Weekly Draw open at 00:01am AEST and close at 11:59pm AEST on the dates indicated in the table below. All Weekly Draws will take place at Anisimoff Legal, Level 3, 162 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 on 14/05/2026 at 11:00am AEST, in the presence of an independent scrutineer. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. Winners of each Weekly Draw will be notified in writing by email from Flybuys (defined below) to their nominated email address as listed on their Flybuys account and their details (first initial, surname and postcode) will be published online at Reddy Express | Convenience Store & Services on 21/05/2026. Non-winning entries in each Weekly Draw will NOT be entered into any subsequent Weekly Draws. 

The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

The Promotional Period will be divided into the following entry periods, with entries received in each entry period eligible to win the prizes for that entry period: 

There are a total of four (4) Major Prizes (defined below) and thirty-two (32) Minor Prizes (defined below) to be won in the Weekly Draws. The first valid entry drawn in each Weekly Draw will win 1,000,000 Flybuys points valued at up to $5,000 (each a “Major Prize”) and the next eight (8) valid entries drawn in each Weekly Draw will each win 200,000 Flybuys points valued at up to $1,000 each (each a “Minor Prize”).

Flybuys points prizes will be credited to each winner’s Flybuys account associated with the winner’s entry and each winner will be notified via email once the credit has been processed. Points prizes will be allocated by 21/05/2026. Flybuys points are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Flybuys point prizes are subject to the terms detailed at  https://experience.flybuys.com.au/flybuys-terms-and-conditions/.

Total prize pool value is up to $52,000.

Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason, a winner does not take the prize by 11:59pm AEST on 10/06/2026, then the prize will be forfeited. 

A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 11/06/2026 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified by email from Flybuys (defined below) to their nominated email address as listed on their Flybuys account and their details (first initial, surname and postcode) will be published online at Reddy Express | Convenience Store & Services on 18/06/2026.

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.

Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) and Loyalty Pacific Pty Ltd (“Flybuys”) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) and Flybuys is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use/taking of a prize.

The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on individuals providing their personal information. The Promoter will collect, store, use and disclose personal information as set out in its privacy policy, which can be viewed at https://www.vivaenergy.com.au/contact-us/privacy-policy (“Privacy Policy”). The Privacy Policy also contains information about how individuals may opt out, access, update or correct their personal information, how individuals may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia (for a list of the countries, see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy). Flybuys collects personal information about entrants in order to help run the promotion, communicate with you as the entrant to this promotion and award prizes. Flybuys uses and manages entrants’ personal information in accordance with its privacy policy at https://experience.flybuys.com.au/policies/privacy-policy/. Flybuys will not disclose this information provided by you unless required or authorised by law or in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
